Trying to locate mic/headphone for dv7 lapto

Hello,
I cannot find a mike/headphone with 3 connectors stero l . stero r and mike in for my dv7 laptop . I can find lots of 2 connector but no 3 connector devices

As I said there seems to be no combination mick/headset that has 3 connectors for plugging it into the laptop. The inputs in the front of the laptop are 3 plugin jacks, 2 for headphone left and right and the 3rd for a microphone input .
In looking all that I see only have 2 jacks 1 for headphone and 1 for mike .

My question is " where can I locate a mike/headphone with 3 input connectors ?
