Extracting few cells frm 8 xl files into 1 XL

Hello,
I have an excel issue for BW. Presently we are extracting data from 8 excel files (for example 24 fields from all 8 files) to BW,

i.e we extract only 3 cells from each file Q62,Q72,Q114.

Instead of using 8 files, we want to put 24 fileds into a single file. So that we can use this single file in business instead of 8 files.

Please advise me step wise for the optimised solution in Excel side ?. ( Any VBA Macros..)

All files are in same format, same filed names.

NOw, we are doing it manually, using a single file .CSV format and using this single file in SAP BW.
But we are looking for a automatic process which brings all 24 fileds and automatically puts into a new CSV file.(I guess By writing VB Macros..etc.).

Please let me know step wise.
