For 2 weeks I got an error code 646 trying to update 3 Windows. I tried many forum searches to no avail. Finally I searched the actual update, i.e. (KB2092914). There was a download for the update. I downloaded it and ran it. It prompted me to accept an agreement. When I accepted the update it ran successfully. Worth a try. JB
