Can't download software on my office network

Hello,
This is Rambo here. my problem is that i cant download any software from my office PC as it gives the message that download has been disabled by administrator. is there a way out for that. please help.

Dear Sir,

Please log on as administrator and turn off the firewalls

and hence start downloading the particular files without

any problem.
