This could be either coming from the fact that the account is
too bulky and that you need to have some mails deleted or
even a virus infection. Please delete some of the mails stored
on it and check if the problem gets solved. If the problem
persists, I will advise you to contact the Hotmail Support in
order to have information on the problem you are facing.
