Audio Thump

Hello,
When my computer comes out of sleep mode, there is a loud audio thump. All else works fine. Any suggestions?

Dear Don,

Please remove the sound by getting through the below

path:

Control Panel> Sound and Audio Devices Properties>Sounds tab.
