HATE trojan

Hello,
I've been doing some reading on the Internet and found nothing for my problem... I have a Trojan horse virus on my computer. I've tried to remove it manually, i didn't worked. I've tried to start my computer in safe mode, but the F8 key is not working and I cannot forced my computer to open in safe mode by the run... process. I've tried to pin to start menu different kinds of applications and scans, but i didn't worked. SO, can anyone help me with my problem. I can't open OpenWritter, or any applications in OpenOffice for that matter.

Hi,

Do you speak French ? If it is the case I think you should go on https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/virus-securite-7 to ask your question. There are more efficient Security helpers.
