Virus disabled administrator account

Hello,

im using windows 7,my administrator account has ben disabled....
so that my own account has become guest account. and automatically an another uaer account is also created.
without any logo and name. now i cannot open many applications . it asks for administrator rights. even online scanning its asks for administrator rights.........im using bitdefender 2010 .

Dear Sara,

Please access to the system in safe mode and try to

see if you are able to carry out a virus scan and

delete the virus.
