I can't accses my usb flash drive

Hello,
i used my sandisk cruzer micro usb flash drive on an old desktop with xp and then tried to use with my laptop with win 7 it says i have to format the drive but when i do it says windows can not format the drive i also tried to use it on a pc with vista and 2000 but i got the same thing can any one help me? :)

Dear Sir,

It is possible that there is write protection on the pen

drive which doesn't allow it to be formatted. Please

have the problem fixed by removing the write

protection through the below means:

Remove Write Protection on Pen drive
