Ethernet Driver and Microsoft UAA Bus Driver

Hello,

I have a Tochiba satellite L300-2cc System Unit but i need ethernet driver and also microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Difinition Music. I was told i can down but i don't know where these free downloads are.

Please help
