GTA 4 POOR ON INTEL 4 EXPRESS GRAPHICS

Hello,
My gta 4 run frustratingly slow on my intel 2gig dual , 2gig ram, 256mb intel 4 express graphics card and i just bought the freakin' samsung r510 lap top. Can someone please give me some answers ?
