Reboot help

Hello,
im trying to reboot my dell inspiron e1505, the last owner reformatted the harddrive and i think he wiped out the restore thingy... i am currently windows vista busines,, im prettty sure that windows xp pro was the stock operating system... i want to reboot everythinggg... what do i have to do....

You need to call Dell and order the restore disks from them. What does the COA sticker list as the original OS?
