Hello,
i have a cpu dual core processor with 2.5 ghz
2 gb ram
512 mb ddr2 geforce 9400 gt

but i can play gta 4 on 23 to 26 fps please what graphics card i can buy to
play gta 4 and other newer games on high setting

whether i buy nvidia gts 250 or radeon 4770
