Using itunes store o n my windows vista pc

Hello,
i downloaded the newst itunes for my computer so i can use my ipod touch.
on my itunes gift voucher it says to go on to itunes store. when i go to use the itunes store and it says that there is an error and the error is : "11222" . then i go through my net and it still wont let me redeem my itunes card but i cant even get games/apps from the itunes store.
