8 gb pendive does format

Hello,
i have transend 8gb pendrive.i can format it fat32.but when i try to format ntfs message show windows can not format.i try it vista.ame result.
The main problem is that when insert music file or any software ,.exe.or .doc all file were corupted.
plz give me soluation.i am in big trable.plz help me

You will definitely have to format it. It might be that there is
write protection on the pen causing this difficulty. Please have
the information how to remove this write protection through
