Why my phone cant read the video

Hello,

my phone is samsung s3653 and i hav been trying to play some videos in my phone that i hav converted to mp4.

wht disturb me is i already change d video format so that my fon can read it but unfortunately it can't read d

videos.is it bcz of d video resolution???can't i just dwnload d videos n cnvert it into mp4 n d fon will automaticlly

fit d size of d vids into my phone??

Dear Sir,

If the files are in the proper format, the problem might

be coming from the video player. Please remove the

video player and have another one installed and see

whether the problem gets fixed. You could simply have

the system restored to its factory settings if you are

unable to find a proper video player.
