Had to reinstall Windows XPClosed

Question

Hello,


I had to reinstall windows XP and now I have no connection to the internet.  No network place.  I went into the device manager and there are yellow question marks on these:

Ethernet controller
Network controller
Video controller

It is a HP Compaq D220 MT

Any help would be appreciated as my internet company will not help me with this and windows can not help either....
