Not able to connect s3500i to laptop

Hello,
Can any body help me out to connect my mobile s3500i to laptop. i had install the pc suite for samsung but i not able to connect to the internet as there is error show is check the network settings after completing the whole process so kindly made it if any one know what is the problem.

hi there,

you need to activate internet service on your mobile phone

contact your network provider for the settings
