Activation of gprs

Hello, My mobile is Nokia 7610 Supernova
sir,

I have send a message to bsnl to send appropriate gprs setting to my mobile ,but after some time they have send that there is no setting for my mobile.

please tell me how i activate gprs ?

Dear Abhinav,

Please check whether the phone is a china phone, that is

a clone phone. This might be the reason why you can't

have internet activated on.
