Hello,
WHEN I SIGN ON MY USER ACCOUNT ON MY COMPUTER
MY DESKTOP IS BLANK AND THE START MENU WONT START UP NOTHING LOADS UP ITS JUST A BLANK SCREEN . WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THAT ?

Please try accessing to your OS in safe mode and

have the system restored to see if the problem

gets fixed.
