CANT DOWNLOAD ITUNES

Hello,
for some reason i cannot downolad itunes on my laptop
it keeps saying file APPDATA missing
wat should i do ?
i have also tried the itunes cd and it wont work
any suggestions ?

open run

press Start+r

then type this: %appdata% and press ok
