My pc isn't shutting down it restarts

Hello,
when i'm shuttting down my pc it's logging of then it displays a blue screen written ur pc is shut down but some fatal errors i have tried to repare it from the service pack2 bootable cd but the problem is the same.

please provide the full message and codes

displayed during this blue screen

you can also try to boot from windows installation cd and make a system repair
