All of my Files and documents are opening in Internet Explorer
So the only this I can get to is the Internet. I cant open any of my
files. What should I do?

This sounds like a virus. But, you didn't tell us if you have a Windows computer or what type of Windows you have. We need more information.

I have Windows 7. Though in the end I just opened another
user and copied my documents to the new user and deleted
the old one. Though it seems my internet is slower than it use to be
