Hello,
i switched off my mobile n when i switched it on its not getting on what should i do?

Dear Sweetu,

Please have it charged for enough time and then turn

it on. If it doesn't turn on, please have it restored to

factory settings to see it starts working properly. If ever

the problem persists, please have the battery replaced.
