LG Xenon phone help

HELP ME,
I want to save all of the contacts on my LGXenon phone to the sim card. The contacts for some reason are autimatically savign to the phone when they shouldn't be, I am trying to figre out how to get the from being saved to the phone to beig saved the sim card!

On the home screen, click the 4 circle dice button in the right-hand corner, select contacts, then contacts management. select copy to SIM. then you can use the delete from phone option so thyre only on ur sim card.

how do you save the pictures on teh sim card... and audio!!!
