Downloading a nornal desktop onto my computer

Hello,
I have a dell inspiration and i want to change then desktop layout to a normal computer but i do not know how and im not a computer wizz so i9 really need help on this can you tell me how to change my desktop to a normal windows desktop

Dear Sir,

Please right click on the desktop and get to

properties. Then adjust the settings in the

Appearance tab.
