Audio device not found

Hello, in my compaq presario laptop i got a red cross over speaker symbol and even if reinstall audio driver its showing that no audio device is found heip me to solve it

hi there,

press start+r

run will open

now enter this : msconfig

press on ok

then on general tab select startup normally

apply and restart machine
