hi,
what do you mean by when you sign in under your name?
you mean your account under windows? thats it?
if this is the case then you must know that if on one account you got all your stuffs on that and that you log on to another account then you wont have the same thing you had on the previous account you must reinstall the taskbar and all the stuffs you had on the other account previously.
