Hi mate,
you will have to flash the mobile phone and reinstall the user interface to get it functional. This is done by special equipments and is done by qualified personnel. I will advise you to take it either to a qualified mobile phone repair Technician or mobile phone shop and get it fixed there in order not to make more damaged by trying to repair it by yourself
