i m download any software then my pc turnoff.Closed

Hello,
I hv a problem in my pc. i need a videos converter software then (for download it) i go in  google site i m click on download option then suddenly my pc get automatecally turnoff and i c'nt understand that problem. If its a virous problem then i need any advice. so plzzzzz any one giveme any possible and easy advice. I will still waiting!!!!

Dear Harsha, 

Please check whether the firewalls are turned on. Also 

carry out a virus scan to see whether the problem is not 

sourcing from any virus infection. I will advise you to have 

the issue confirmed for further help.
