Computer will not restart...Closed

Question

Hello,

My PC just shut down as I was loading music to my itunes.  When I tried to turn my computer back on it goes to a black screen and says windows will restart in so many minutes or you can also select to start in a safe mode.  No matter what i select my computer goes to the XP screen and then goes right back to the black command sceen again.  Is this fixable?

Dear Sir, 

There might have been some files that got corrupted and 

in order to have the problem solved, please consider repairing

it using the installation cd that you obtained at purchase. 

Please get through these instructions to get the problem 

solved.
