safe mode screen Closed

Question

Hello,
My computer at work has a black screen upon start up that has all the normal modes on it but I cannot get rid of that screen.  Is that a Dell disc that will help me get this back on track and the computer is a dell and the disc are dells.  Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated as a co worker messed it up.

Dear Sir, 

Firstly check whether the RAM memory is functioning

properly. Then check the graphics card by trying it on 

another laptop. Confirm the source of the problem in 

order to have the problem fixed.
