OK SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. TICTACTOE'S METHOD DID NOT HELP MY LAPTOP THAT I JUST BOUGHT THIS MORNING. ITS AN ACER ASPIRE 3810. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. ITS CUT OFF AND THE POWER WILL TURN ON BUT THE SCREEN REMAINS BLACK FOREVER.

from faulty motherboard or graphic card. Confirm
