Accidently deleted audio driver

Hello,
help!!! 2 months ago, i accidently deleted my audio driver from my dell desktop. I went on dell support- went through all the steps to download the audio driver, including putting all the id info in from my computer. Near the end of the process, it never downloads, just says error, retry- !!!!!!!!!!!!!! cant seem to finish process

yah, like i said, i did that- when i go to save the download to my desktop, per the instructions, nothing happens, 5 minutes later amessage comes across that says unexpected error occured. please try the downlaod manager again- why cant anyone help me with this?
