i need a formula or a macro for Excel 2003 that will do the following:
i have a list of logins in column B, lets just say 1,2,3,4,5 going down the column. in Column C there is a performance percentage for each Login.
a few columns over in Column F is a list of names. and in column G beside the names is where i need this formula, or where i need the macro to do its job.
what i want is to have to have the performance percentage copied from Column C over to Column F. but each Name is Column G corresponds with a login in Column B. so i need the correct performance percentage for the Login to be copied over to the correct Name that corresponds with that specific login.
