Hello,
my son was on pc lastnight all of a suddon everything shut down then a popup came on said you are infected now we cant do anything wants me to pay for spywear removal what do i do

Download malwarebytes fromy this site http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Run Malware Bytes or remove Antivirus Live manually

how when it wont let me do anything just keeps coming up says internet exploer warning visting this site may harm your computer then theses pop ups on right hand side keep popping up says antievirus software alert porn keeps poping up tho

You have to reboot your PC in safe mode with networking and remove Antivirus Live file. Then just download MalwareBytes Anti-malware or SUPERAntispyware (both free) and scan your PC to remove the remains.
