How to see the trash messages in gmail

Hello,
how can i see the trash messages in gmail,unacceptedly the trash messages deleted so i want that message so how can i retrive that messages

Dear Sir,

Your post is not enough clear. If ever you have already deleted the

mails in the trash box, you won't be able to view them anymore.
