hey, I had a problem with logging on my laptop and the way I got it to go back to original factory settings was when the computer was powered down, press and hold the 0 key not the o key and push the power button, once the computer makes the most annoying sound you ever heard or gives a warning, let go of the 0 key and a warning message will appear. follow the steps to reset your computer...be advised this will set your computer back to out of the box state, you will lose all your settings and files and work so if you can I suggest save everything that is important to a cd or memory stick. let me know how things go.
