Hard disk problem

Hello,
i have two 80 gb hard dik in my system. one disk i partitioned 3 partitions , another 80 gb placed one drive,
now the problem is 80gb hard disk wont show any data that also it displays a message like DO YOU WANT TO FORMAT IT NOW?
KINDLY SEND SOLUTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

Hello,
There is a virus issue it the system.Please install Anti-virus and scan the system.

yah i installed avira anti virus and scanned , it detected two virus files but the problem is not solved.

Just install Quick Heal demo ver on xp system update it and follow the following procedure.
In Quick Heal got to tools>EMG CD>Next>select emg cd>and follow the procedure.
When the cd is created just boot the system infected with emg cd you made.
