Hello,
pls   i  formatted   my  e63   with   *#7370#   and  eversince,   i  hav   not  been   able  to   download  via  my  phone's   web    browser.even  when   i   browse   with  operamini   and   i  click   d   download  link,   the   web   browser   keeps  saying  download  complete,  unable  to   install!  pls  help

Dear Sir, 

Actually while restoring it, you have set all the settings back 

to its original state and hence you will have to get the web

browser configured once more.
