Tally licence problem

Hello,
dear sir,
tally software working fine in server but client PC getting problem,problem is following

a msg appear on screen " Unable to get license from server" with server IP and 9000 this.
when my server is proper connected with Client PC , What should I do.

Please suggest me ,

i have Tally 7.2 ver, tally works fine on the server, but not through client machine
it gives an error " Unable to get license"

please assist.
