HOW TO ENABLE BLUETOOTH ON DELL VOSTRO 1710

Hello,

I have all my drivers that is supposely already installed on my laptop.. But unfortunately I can't use it. I have a switch on the right, I turn it on but still can't use.. Please do tell me what can be done >
