Hi there,
possible reason for the player not able to play the media is the file format.please check the file format it must be .mp3 ,if not then you need to convert the file by using a media converter which is available for download on link below:
http://ccm.net/telecharger/telecharger-3906-any-media-to-mp3-converter
Note:For some players you need to place the music files in music folder created by default to be able to detect it.
