Restore a hi grade laptop to factory settings

Hello,
I have 2 hi grade laptops that I think have had a coruptted download. I need to restore them to factory settings but cannot find the instructions. Would be grateful for any help!

Hi there,

to restore your laptop to factory default you need to boot from recovery disc one by one depending on amount used to create it.Boot by first cd and follow the instructions on the screen till last one.

If you have personal data,work files,music,pictures and so on you must make a backup before proceeding as all will be deleted.

how do you do this if you do not have any of the discs. I have a hi-grade laptop 2nd hand, no instructions or discs came with it.

Hi Jeen

Impossible, you must try to get your hands on the disks or see in all programs, tools and restore or if your os is OEM system reinstallation.
