Hi there,
Possible reasons which can prevent you access your account are:
-wrong email id and password entered,please check well as password is case sensitive,
-browser needs to be set free like cache,history and cookies,
Open your browser,press ctrl shift del ,this will clear private data like delete cookies,clear the cache and history,then refresh or restart it.If you lost the password you can go forward to gmail.com and press on forgot password and fill the required fields and answer the secret question/answer and your password will be sent to your alternate email address.
