Hi...
Tell me how much RAM you got in youre computer. Because Vista needs at least 2 gig of RAM minimum.
That might be the problem.
But give more detail about the computer or laptop....

mine is PC,,.. its vista ultimate. ya i have 2 gb ram. ang 512MB Gforce graphics cad(8300GS)... my processor is core2duo 2.53GHz

I do not see why Vista does that then. You have the minimum of 2 Gb RAM, and a good CPU aswell. Not the best of Graphics cards but that got nothing to do with it. Backup all of your important data and format the computer. Load Vista all over again. I know its a lot of effort but you never know...
I personally hate Windows Vista because it is much slower than Windows XP with Service Pack 3. Tests have shown that Service Pack 3 gives Windows XP a 10% boost, making it twice as fast as Vista. My best advice..go to XP with Service Pack 3, I promise you it wont let you down.
Or just take your computer to a professional and let him figure it out..
