Black ink would not print --New cart Closed

  I bought a brothers 465cn and the B/Ink would not print. I ran the test  3 times.

Help.

Dear Sir, 

It might be that the catridge is empty or yet the ink has dried up. You might 

have to get another catridge in order to get the matter solved.
