Sony Vaio VGN-FW21Z Base System Driver Closed

Question

Hello,
Can anyone point me in the right direction I have just upgraded my Vista to Windows 7 quiet sucsessfuly . Im having the following problems 
1 Cant seam to find the base system driver 
2 Cant get the funtion keys to work , can get the function volume to work but not any of the display keys 
Any help will be greatfully recived

I have the same problem>Plz if you find any solution,tell me<I also upgraded to windows 7 but lost those function keys control over volume and brightness.(Fn+F3 etc)
