Hello,

I have a database which has huge values from 10 to 1M.
I want to create a database if someone inputs a value which is not in the database. It gives values to the nearest number. is it possbile in microsoft excel. Am using 2000.
Please advice

hey there,

i dont think it possible in excel unfortunately. why dont you use visual basic for these kind of programming instead?
