Connection but no communication

Hello,

I have a hassle. I am connection my laptop to my wireless network. Worked for ages. Now suddenly a problem. It connects fine, great signal strength etc. But if i try and ping any address on my network i get 10 repsonse's and 10 timed outs. Very strange. It aslo seems to be that when i ping and only ping it seems to reply a lot more often rougly 90% of the time. But the minute i try use the connection, eg through IE or Outlook and RD connection - it simply timesw out about 20 times in a row. Why??? I have tried resetting everything. NO LUCK

Please could someone give me some idea.
